Graffiti degrades any property to which it’s applied and painting over it just provides a fresh surface for graffiti artists. We have the knowledge and cleaners to effectively remove graffiti and sealers that will reduce damage and make it quicker and less costly to remove should it occur again.
WOOD SIDING AND DECKS
Wood surfaces are under constant attack from the elements; harsh sunlight, acid rain, and freeze and thaw cycles, all combine to break down or degrade unprotected wood fibers. The first stage of any wood restoration is the application of a suitable cleaner. Despite some claims that high pressure water is enough, our experience has proven that the use of a cleaning solution will assist in removing mildew and fungus for longer lasting results. We then can use a low pressure hot water system to complete the cleaning. This always results in a better cleaning with far less wood removal than pressure alone can accomplish.
A two day drying cycle is needed for decks to fully dry, one day is usually sufficient for siding. We will assist your coating/sealer choice by explaining the benefits of each type. We’ll then go on to apply your choice using the best combination of spray, brush, or roller to achieve an outstanding finish.
