Ever try and clean things with ice-cold water? We have, and we know it doesn't work that well. To get homes and buildings really clean, to remove all that mold and mildew, takes more than just high pressure water. It takes HOT water, usually under less pressure than cold water washing needs to even come close. We like it so well we custom designed an eighteen-foot trailer and dedicated it to the power washing side of our business. We also carry four different types of biodegradable soap that we apply first. It helps loosen the dirt and attacks the mold and mildew. When we've finished cleaning something, it takes years before the growth returns.

You may have painted a foundation, or a porch, or other masonry surface, only to have it peel again in a year or two. Our techniques assure that painted masonry will not peel for at least ten years, and possibly never, depending upon the overall condition of the masonry. We have coatings that cover, and then flex with, minor cracks in walls and foundations to keep them firmly attached and weatherproofed. These can also serve to protect aged porous brick and other masonry. We also have the products it takes to permanently remove paint from brick and other surfaces. Under certain circumstances natural stone or brick gets coated with tar, deep stains from steel or other ferrous metals, and no cleaning agent will suffice. We then resort to mechanical means to clean the surface. Our high pressure wet sand blasting removes those stains and brings a fresh look to the surface. Once dry, we seal those surfaces with a silicone-based waterproofing that will protect those areas from . further discoloration.
